Chase Center Event

On April 4, 2016, Mortenson Construction and Clark Construction, the JV team building the Warriors Mixed-Use Office and Retail Development Project and Chase Center held their first “tip-off” (outreach) event at their Mission Bay offices in San Francisco.  During the event, contractors, suppliers and other industry professionals were treated to an overview of the exciting project and the current construction schedule.
Chase Center, a 18,000-seat, multi-purpose arena, will anchor a district of 11 acres of restaurants, cafes, offices, and public plazas, along with other amenities. Construction is anticipated to begin in the first quarter of 2017. This project is administered by the Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure with an SBE/LBE goal of 50%. See our project website at for more information.
During the meeting, the attendees met key stakeholders and were presented with the RFQ process.  There is a 50% SBE goal on this project.  AACA members are encouraged to follow this project as it continues to progress.
