ABOUT AACA:  "Behind every able man, there are always other able men."  Chinese Proverb

Asian American Contractors Association was established in 1975, to support the Asian construction community in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Our mission includes helping our membership:

  • Successfully Develop Their Individual Businesses
  • Voice Their Opinions to Their Elected Representatives
  • Comply With Governmental Regulations and Requirements

Membership is open to all interested members of the construction community in the San Francisco Bay Area.  A membership application form is available here.  If you'd like to join us, print and complete the form, and mail it with your check for the current year dues to the address on the form.

Our website is designed to help guide you through the many resources of the web, to find the information you need for your particular business and current situation.  Primarily, it consists of links to sites we hope you will find useful.  If you can't find what you want, please let us know.  We'll be glad to help you search for it, and where it's of general interest, we'll add it to our site.

We've also included a Message Board, so you can post comments and questions, and interact with other visitors.

AACA members elect a Board of Directors every two years.  The Board then elects officers from among the directors: President, First and Second Vice Presidents, Secretary and Treasurer.  Board members chair specialty committees, including Labor Relations, Political Action, Membership, and others.

The 2015-2017 Board Members are:

Executive Committee: Juliana Choy Sommer, Priority Architectural Graphics
Robert Lo, Cal Pacific Systems
Michael Mau, Mau Law Firm
